K-1 has on of the most demanding physical training programs in the Corps. Rain or shine, we will be out during PT time. We use CrossFit workouts, weightlifting, running, swimming, Outfit athletics and more to provide a very diverse physical training program that is never boring and always challenging.

We don't believe in an arbitrary "bar" of physical fitness. We do require that you do your best every time. Physical fitness is a key component in developing discipline, leadership, confidence and self respect.
